Cheapest Electric Car: Drive Your Future, which was made by PMV Electric, is the most affordable electric four-wheeled vehicle in the country, the company said. The pricing starts at Rs. 4.79 lakh apiece and is available for presale now.
The first 10,000 buyers will get an introductory price on the purchase. The company says it has already pre-sold 6,000 units, and those buyers will be able to purchase a base model for just Rs. 4.79 lakh, which will mean the introductory prices will only affect another 4,000 buyers.
While power is not guaranteed on battery packs, the base trim offers an ARAI-certified range of 120 km. The higher trims have bigger battery packs and offer 160 and 200 kilometers per charge, respectively.
The motor powering the Easy-E makes 13 bhp of peak power with 50 Nm of torque, which is available right away. The top speed is rated at 70 mph, and charge time varies based on the type of socket used: 3–4 hours for all three types.

The PMV Eas-E can seat two adults, one behind the other, and features a car-like monocoque body instead of a tubular chassis that is common on quadricycles. The driver also receives an airbag in the steering wheel.
The car also has air conditioning, a digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen infotainment interface, a remote park assist, a remote horn, follow-me-home lights, regenerative braking, cruise control, and electric wing mirrors.
One thing that distinguishes the EV is its capabilities. You’ll never get stuck in traffic again with this car’s ability to receive OTA updates and also park remotely using a smartphone app!
It’s also worth noting that the EV has features like Remote Park Mode, so you don’t have to worry about getting into an accident either. We just have to wait and see how well it performs in the real world.
Speaking at the launch of the ES-E electric microcar, Kalpit Patel, Founder & CEO, of PMV Electric said,
We have been waiting with anticipation. From the start of our journey, we’ve been eager to share our vision of urban mobility. Today was the day we unveiled the EAS-e, your everyday car. The team and I are extremely proud to be part of a project that pushes the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
We hope that this project will pave way for creating a new category in country called Personal Mobility Vehicles (PMV), including SUV, Sedan, and Hatchback subcategories. We hope to begin production as soon as it’s allowed by without needing any more time considering how soon these vehicles will be made available.
