Oil India Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates from Assam’s Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar, and Charaideo districts, as well as Arunachal Pradesh’s Changlang district, are exclusively eligible for this recruitment.
I Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 40% in any subject from a Government Recognized Board/University.
(ii) Passed a minimum of 06 (six) month Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application and be completely acquainted with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other software.
Age Limit as of August 15, 2021:
1. GENERAL: Minimum age is 18 and maximum age is 30.
2. SC/ST: Minimum age is 18 and maximum age is 35.
3. Non-Creamy Layer (OBC): Minimum age is 18 and maximum age is 33.

OIL Junior Assistant Recruitment Selection Process:
The Computer Based Test will be administered to eligible applicants (CBT).
# The Computer Based Test (CBT) question paper will be divided into three sections: (A) English Language and General Knowledge/Awareness, with some questions about Oil India Limited; (B) Reasoning, Arithmetic/Numerical & Mental Ability; and (C) Relevant Technical Knowledge in the course curriculum, depending on the post.
# In the Computer Based Test, there will be no negative marking (CBT).
# The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be multilingual, meaning it will be available in both English and Assamese. The Computer Based Test (CBT) will last 02 (two) hours in total.
If the Computer Based Test (CBT) marks of more than one applicant are the same in the final merit list for selection, the candidate who receives higher marks in Part-C of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be given priority. If the candidates’ Part-C scores are equal, the candidate with the higher Part-B score will be given priority. If the candidates’ Part-B scores are the same, the applicant with the higher age will be given priority in the final merit list.
