Regional Languages To Exchange Alt English In Assam HS Course
The Assam Increased Secondary Training Council (AHSEC) has taken a necessary determination to interchange the topic of Alternative English with the Assamese for the two-year higher secondary course.
This transfer has been taken as part of the AHSEC’s steady efforts to popularize the local mother tongue.
In a gathering, held on the Council workplace on eighth February 2020 which was attended by a variety of educationists, litterateurs, and intellectuals, additionally determined to introduce ten different regional languages together with Bangla, Bodo, Nepali, Hmar, Manipuri, Garo, Khasi, Mizo, Urdu in addition to Hindi instead of Alternative English.
